Every book is printed to order in the UK and posted to your door.

How long will my book take?

Your book is made just for you, so it's printed after you order. Our print partner, Prodigi, prints and binds it at their UK print lab and usually dispatches it within 1–4 working days. UK delivery then usually takes another 2–5 working days. Most books arrive within about a week to ten days.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy times of year (especially the weeks before Christmas) can take longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only for now. Please check the address carefully at checkout, because we post the book to exactly what you enter.

Tracking

Depending on the delivery service used for your parcel, you may receive an email with a tracking link when it's dispatched. You can always check the status from your order page (the link is in your order confirmation).

Sending it as a gift

You can send the book straight to someone else. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll print it on the delivery note in the parcel. The delivery note never shows the price.

Christmas 2026

For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by Sunday 13 December 2026.

December is the busiest time of year for printers and the post, so allow extra time. Orders placed after this date will still be printed and posted as quickly as possible, but we can't promise they'll arrive before Christmas Day.

Cutting it fine? The PDF (£14.99) is ready to download straight away, so you can print it at home or send it as a last-minute gift, then order the hardback later.

Printers and couriers also slow down between Christmas and New Year, so orders placed in late December may take a little longer than usual.

Damaged, faulty or lost

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is wrong in a way that's our mistake, we'll reprint it or refund you, at no cost. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

If your book hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, tell us and we'll send a replacement. (We can't replace books lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.)

Returns and cancellations

Because every book is personalised and made to order, it can't be returned just because you've changed your mind. This doesn't affect your rights if something is wrong with it (see above).

Need to change something? Contact us as soon as possible. Books usually go to print within one working day, and we can't change or cancel an order once printing has started.

PDF downloads are available straight away, so once you've downloaded your PDF it can't be cancelled or refunded, unless there's a fault with it.

Delivery times are based on our print partner's published dispatch times (most products dispatched within 1–4 days) and typical UK post times. Lost-parcel replacement after 30 days follows our print partner's policy.
